Huxley T. Madeheim has over 22 years of experience with water resource systems management, computer modeling, and planning and flow frequency analysis. He has developed numerous computer simulations to allocate water and determine flood control, power, and irrigation accomplishments of water resource systems. While working for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Madeheim was directly responsible for the flood control operation of over 20 reservoirs in the southern half California ‘s Central Valley . He has given presentations on hydrology studies and reservoir operations to the public, legislators and public agencies. Madeheim holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of California at Davis and Elkins College in Elkins , Virginia and has completed additional coursework in mathematics and civil engineering at California State University , Sacramento . He is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, and a registered Professional Civil Engineer in the State of California (Certificate Number C 29423).

Patrick McLafferty has been involved with energy efficiency projects for over 25 years and has extensive experience in electric Demand Side Management (DSM) programs. McLafferty managed the DSM quality assurance programs for PG&E (Pacific Gas & Electric), and served as the original CEO of CHEERS (the California Home Energy Efficiency Rating System). He worked with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and with electric utilities in fifteen states to develop and operate the Super Efficient Refrigerator Program (SERP), which created a new standard for efficiency for domestic refrigerators and was also the original CEO for the Consortium for Energy Efficiency (CEE), comprised of over 30 utilities nationwide. McLafferty received a BA in Environmental Planning from California State University , Sacramento and an MBA from Pepperdine University . He has additional graduate education in law from University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, and has completed course work and qualifying essays for a doctorate in System Sciences at Saybrook Institute.

Laurence R. Takeuchi is an international expert in marketing, marketing strategies, and consumer behavior. His publication record reflects his interest in the global economy and Asian trade. Dr. Takeuchi is currently a Professor of Marketing at California State University , Sacramento , and the former chair of the Department of Management. Beyond the realm of academics, Dr. Takeuchi provides a range of consulting services to both small and large size businesses. Dr. Taekuchi has received awards from the prestigious American Marketing Association and the American Institute for Decision Science. Dr. Takeuchi has an MBA and a Ph.D. in Business Administration, from the Claremont Graduate School.

Jahi H. Toler has ten years of experience in desktop support, end-user training, network administration, project management, and sales/system engineering in numerous platforms and environments. His expertise is in project delivery and simplifying complex technical ideas for presentation to non-technical audiences. Toler has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mathematics with an emphasis in Computer Science from Santa Clara University.
