North of Delta Offstream Storage Investigation
AgCEL, as the Contactor, provided technical support required for hydrologic modeling of the North of Delta Off stream Storage Investigation. The objectives were to evaluate the potential water supply, water quality, and environmental impacts related to the operation of the Sites Reservoir. This project involved coordination with the State of California’s CALFED Bay-Delta Program per the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) as the lead agency.
