Upper Sacramento River Water Temperature Model
AgCEL, the primary contractor, provided two individuals to work with the Bureau of Reclamation staff, throughout the project, performing administrative functions of the contract and attending technical and scientific meetings with individuals and meetings with the Bureau. Watercourse Engineering followed the progress and performed a technical review of the Upper Sacramento River temperature model, providing advice and opinions on the models and modeling system through its development. An Upper Sacramento River Model was to be embedded into the graphical user interface and, which included the Trinity Projects, Whiskeytown, Shasta, Keswick, Clear Creek Tunnel, Spring Creek Tunnel, and the Sacramento River between Keswick and the confluence of the Feather River.
